SafeSale Support
Need help with a price change, restore, storefront display, or installation? Email support@dibbuhl.ca with your Shopify store domain and a short description of what happened.
Before contacting support
- If a restore is flagged as changed, review the product in Shopify before using Force restore. The warning means the live price no longer matches the value SafeSale originally applied.
- If the custom SafeSale display is missing, confirm the SafeSale display block is added and saved in the product template through Shopify's theme editor.
- If a theme already shows a crossed-out price and Sale badge, you can use the theme's native display without adding the optional SafeSale display block.
What to include
Include the affected product name, variant name if applicable, the price you expected, and the price currently shown in Shopify. Do not send passwords, private app credentials, access tokens, payment information, or customer personal information.
